"I was given a wrong spark plug so I went to exchange it. I tried to make the transaction as quick as possible by showing the part I needed and the part I was giving back. When I gave the worker my dad’s phone number since he bought the parts the day previously, the transaction didn’t show up on the system. So worker asks for a receipt. I call my dad to see if maybe he has the receipt or they could solve the issue, when I offered for the guy to hear my dad out he says “I don’t do all that… but if u want put him on speaker and I’ll hear what he has to say or whatever”. There’s a much nicer way of saying that, maybe “I’m okay if you put him on speaker”. Then he proceeds not to offer any solutions of how we could show that we purchased the parts. After a few minutes my dad asks if a picture of the receipt is fine and the worker says yes, why couldn’t he tell us this way before when earlier he was making it hard by saying “All I want is a paper receipt”? So when we finally got that figured out he goes to the back to get the part and I hear a lady asking for “George” or “Jorge” which I guess was his girlfriend with his kids who ended up distracting him instead of getting my parts. The rest of the time he was nonchalant with me and taking his sweet time finishing the transaction even though I was the only customer there. I guess because I’m a 19 year old he felt like it was okay to be disrespectful and talk to me like I’m some stranger on the streets coming up to him instead of a customer at his job. His name is George or Jorge I don’t know the spelling but guy needs to be way more helpful and respectful. He greeted me when I first came in and told me to have a good day after but it was the most obvious, insincere, sarcastic, and forced saying. 3-5 min min transaction turned into 20 min."

"My son went to this store on 1/15/24 to exchange a part his dad had purchased on 1/14/24, but the cashier George was less than helpful. He has horrible customer service, an attitude and zero work ethics/professionalism. When my son was explaining he did not have the receipt with him, George's wife/girlfriend and kids came by and George completely ignored my son (the customer) while taking care of personal matters with his family during work hours. What should have been a 5 minute transaction for an exchange, took 20 minutes because George was busy talking to his wife/girlfriend. Will not be returning again."
