"SECOND EDIT: BE ADVISED!! There’s also a deposit fee the location charges. The price I was quoted online was not what I paid up front. I was quoted $160, but ended paying $530 because of a $300 deposit that was NOT noted anywhere online when I was booking. I had a whole budget planned for my trip and the extra deposit, while refundable, threw a wrench in my plans. And even then, the deposit takes about 2-3 business days to go back into your accoubt. Great people, it’s just the company as a whole seems to be failing the employees and the customers honestly. EDIT: My review still stands, but because of all the short staffing at the location, I didn’t leave for my trip until about three hours later than I planned. I didn’t get to my destination until the late evening, which ate up an entire day of my vacation. If they had just had my car ready in time, maybe I would have been able to make better use of my short vacation time that I work hard for. The car was smooth and it was enjoyable drive, it just kind of sucks. I understand with staffing, but at the same time I had a plan and I didn’t get to stick to it because of this location. Great deals and friendly staff. I will say though, whoever is managing the enterprises in this region is failing the employees. This location only had two employees at the counter, no detailer, no AD, etc. Now me I don’t mind waiting, but I reserved a car for 8am and they said I’d have to wait an hour or so for it to be ready. Again, no skin off my back, but for anyone else that had a strict time schedule this would probably be an issue. The employees were very nice and were working their absolute hardest to accommodate everyone. They even called around other locations asking for additional help/staff but the other locations couldn’t spare anyone. I felt so bad for them! It isn’t their fault, it just has to do with poor management/staffing. They deserve better! Again, not an issue for me, I just don’t think it’s fair to leave these guys here by themselves. Some customers could become abusive and it’s not right to put your staff in that position. Otherwise, clean location, feels safe, and the employees seem very efficient with what little they have. Fantastic deals/rates. The staff ended up driving us to another enterprise location which was pretty cool actually, like tbe lengths they went to for us despite everything, I’ll be coming back for sure!"
