"This place is just bait and click. It is actually a Kia dealership. As most dealerships do, they try to rip you off. On the website, with photos, they offered me $33k. I drove an hour to take my car in and they lowered it to $23k because they “are being conservative with Teslas right now”. Waste of time."

"I'd give this place 0 stars if that were an option. Avoid these people at all costs. I had a deal with Mr. Chuck Sawyer to trade in my current vehicle and purchase a used vehicle from them. I was excited because Chuck was extremely accommodating and very helpful until I refused to let him run my credit because I was already preapproved for financing and was not interested in financing through them. Their internet was down on the day I decided to purchase the car, so we were to handle everything remotely the next day. When the next day came around, Chuck tried to convince me that a credit check was required and when I told him that legally he was not required to do one, he became extremely aggressive and condescending and stated that a credit check was a part of their company policy and that if I was not going to comply then the deal was off. I, again, told him that legally he did not have to run a credit check and he said he didn't care about legally what he had to or had not to do. I told him I didn't appreciate the tone he was using with me and that he was being completely inappropriate. At this point Chuck began screaming at me, listing all of the things he apparently did to "bend over backwards" for me to make the deal (P.S. Chuck, part of being a car salesman is negotiating and it's not my fault that you didn't get what you want). As he wouldn't stop screaming at me on the phone, I hung up. I now know why car salespeople have a bad rap for being seedy and rude. If the owner of this dealership is reading this review, I'd love to chat with you and give additional information about how Chuck likes to treat his customers."
