"These guys were lifesavers with their truck rental, and their customer service was amazing. Kevin took the time to explain everything over the phone, offering a great rental rate, and when I arrive in person, Francisco went over all the details. He even stayed late to finish all the paperwork and ensure I was comfortable with the rental. When I realized I would need to return it late, they were very patient and worked with me. I really appreciated all that they did to make it Pleasant and convenient to rent from them, and their rates are much better than the competition! I will definitely be a return customer, if I need a truck or pickup in the future. I rented a large Dodge Ram pickup truck, but they also have large moving-style trucks, and possibly other stuff. He provided an adapter sleeve to get the receiver hitch to the size I could use, and lent me a drop trailer hitch, as well. The car rental people are in the same building, if you need a car rental, too."

"We bought a small manufactured home in Desert Hot Springs, so we needed to move some furniture (and junk) from our condo in Santa Cruz to the trailer in Desert Hot Springs. We really didn't want to rent a truck because they're kind of hard to drive. Plus, we didn't have a truck's worth of stuff to move either, and those rental trucks (like U-Haul) are mostly one way. So, my husband called Enterprise Truck rental and Francisco suggested a cargo van. WOW!!! Best move evah! And we are old geezers. That van had a padded floor, and drove like a car. The seats were more comfortable than our SUV, and the A/C was cold...even in the desert. We drove the van for week, and came in under the mileage allotment. Sweet! The rental was very economical. Francisco helped us mid move when we had a little problem. If I could give Enterprise Truck Rental and Francisco 20 stars, I would.
