Nothing Bundt Cakes

"Ordered 10" graduation cake and 2 dz buntinies online for 2pm pick up at the new location in Downey. I arrived at 2:25pm. Buntinies ready to go, but they needed 15 more minutes to finish the cake. Why?! It's literally just stick in decor. I could have done that in less than 2 mins. My complete order should have been ready to go by 1:45pm at latest. There were at least 6 workers in he back chatting and laughing, while the poor girl and the front kept apologizing and offering me a complementary treats. I was too stressed to even accept. I just wanted my damn cake so I could get back to the house for the food delivery (which I missed- thank God they allowed me to list my mom to accept the food while in route). In the mean time another customer walked in and said he was early, but hoping his order was ready. He was out the door in 30 seconds! I guess cupcakes are much faster. Why a bunt cake with simple design and stick in decor was not ready to go is beyond me. You have one basic cake style. The decor is not elaborate. The store is cute and the cakes were delicious, but these treats are pricey. I paid $160 for a 10 inch cake and 24 mini cupcakes. I expected much better service for the cost. This location needs to work on their timing and efficiency. It actually took them 20 mins to get me my cake. 45- mins after my pick up time. Ridiculous. Seems like it's being run by children who don't know how to tell time. Unfortunate. Not sure I would trust them with any other event needs, no matter how tasty."

"Arrived at 620pm and order the dozen variety bundtinis with chocolate, red velvet, lemon and strawberry. I found out that I received birthday, blueberry, strawberry and lemon. They were soggy! They were terrible. Wouldn’t recommend this location."

"Visited this new location and service was very fast. They had two lines and the wait did not take more than 10 minutes. Cakes were obviously delicious and they had lots of cute things for sale inside too. Definitely going back soon!"

"Poor service and late with online order delivery. I arrive on time for my order and more than 20 minutes later it’s still not ready. It does not appear that this store is well managed as there are more than eight people behind the counter but yet my order is not ready. This has not happen at other stores I’ve gone to. Usually the service and quality matches the price, not here."
