"They are always out of everything. The staff is always rude. I’ve never had a good experience coming here. They say it’s the most popular crumbl cookie in the US? That’s stupid. If that’s the case, do more inventory to boost customers demands. If you are always running out of inventory, take the insanely inflated cost of a mediocre cookie and use it to buy more if you’re that BUSY! What a stupid concept."

"I absolutely love Cookie Crumble, especially this week 7/22 - 7/28! They have my favorite cookie, a shark-themed one, which is both adorable and delicious. The texture is perfect—soft on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside. The flavor is spot-on, and the creative design makes it even more enjoyable. "This is for this particular Crumbl cookie, not the other ones around. I have nothing but bad luck at this particular crumbl. This past week, they have lost my buisiness. I placed an order and we got there, and the cookies were not as described or pictured and they were hard as a rock. There were different sizes and it was not ok. The customer service was horrible and then when my husband went in to tell them, they didn’t care, threw cookies that were still hard and not the right ones at him. They also don’t email people back. Corporate themselves told me to email them and talk to them, why Are you not responding. I’ve emailed twice. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this establishment."
