"I have used many uniform companies thru the years and I have found the best to be Prudential our biggest issue was having our uniforms returned weekly, this was always a problem with other company's. I have zero complaints from our employees, and I used to get as many as 6 a week. We are a roofing company our uniforms get dirty and they are always sent back clean, and repaired if needed. There prices are great and their service is excellent!!!!"

If there were more stars on this review I would mark them ALL. I am a huge fan of Prudential Overall Supply and have been one since I have dealt with them through 2 companies I have worked for. Prudential is TOTALLY CUSTOMER ORIENTED! To put it nicely THEY are ALL about US! From our driver, Roger to our service manager Francisco AND of course our Sales Rep, Mark! They all work so very hard to see that our company is serviced at 1000% Any concerns are addressed immediately and have always been resolved favorable before the next delivery. Prudential team YOU ARE THE BESTEST OF THE BESTEST!!!! AND THE AWESOMEST OF THE AWESOMEST!!!!"

"With the Covid fiasco things have been pretty thin here at the shop. We have been able to keep our doors open but we went from 3 shifts 5 or 6 days a week to 1 shift 2 or 3 days a week. We had to reduce most services and we had to ask for extensions from some of our vendors. Prudential has been at our side every step of the way. In these times of gross misinformation that lead to everything from paranoid over reacting to downright denial Prudential can be proud of their people. They are supremely helpful and conducting themselves in a dignified manor that is safe and inoffensive."

"BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A RIP OFF. Don't believe the other reviews that don't actually describe WHY this company is getting "5 stars". The only good thing about this company is their driver, Paul Reese and his great attitude. Here's a list of everything else that went wrong with this company: - My sales rep (Mark) and I were going over possible logo ideas for our uniforms. I never confirmed for anything to be finalized, yet he still had it processed and produced without my confirmation. Now I'm stuck with something I did not want. - Mark talked me into getting a mat with my logo on it to reach my minimum ($50/week). It's been four years and I still never got that mat. - They did NOT confirm my order once I signed the contract. They spelled "Mathew" with one t, gave me the wrong colored uniforms, wrong logo, no customized mat, and added random services to the invoice that I didn't request for. - They messed up on our entire uniform order. Mark & I had a whole conversation about how black & grey would look good together (as seen on page 18 of their catalog at the time). Yet, he still produced & sent us 13 sets x 5 employees with blue shirts and blue pants. - When my first invoice came in the mail, they charged me for all of the setup fees, which Mark told me would be covered. (Why don't you guys work it out before sending me the wrong invoices?) Reading other reviews, it looks like they have a lot of "invoicing" errors that need to be checked and resolved. BEWARE & CHECK YOUR INVOICES, PEOPLE! - My invoices are never consistent. They add all these random services/lines to confuse you. Again, CHECK YOUR INVOICES. - Customer service sucks. It's incredibly hard to reach anybody on my first try. They keep giving me the run around or forwarding me to a voicemail. The manager, Mike, is rarely "in the office". - I found out that if you don't let them know that you want to cancel your services, they will auto renew you for another 7 years. And you will have to pay at least 50% of the remainder of your term. I've had the worst experience with this company and I would NEVER recommend them to anybody else."
