"Again, Tito is being dishonest. It was not $100 for both pairs of shoes. I have attached the receipt and breakdown of the pricing. The reality is, Tito was upset I removed 2 pairs of the shoes. His reason that one of the pairs of the shoes I had given him was worked on "incorrectly" and didn't want to take "fault" is a petty excuse. We did show him the heel of that particular shoe before we gave him the shoes and he pointed out the previous cobbler used plastic, not rubber, and had a "no worries, I can fix it" attitude. Only 1 of the 4 pairs that we had given him were worked on by a previous cobbler, however- the remaining 3 were not. What was the excuse there? When we asked why they weren't worked on and why did it take so long to communicate, he mentioned its because I took away the 2 shoes so my ticket got pushed back but did not acknowledge why the other 3 pairs weren't worked on. Also- that he tried calling- which was another lie. When I decided to remove the 2 pairs of shoes due to the pricing- Tito could have respectfully and professionally handled this situation and say he did not want my business. Instead, he failed to communicate, wasted 2 weeks of my families time, had a horrible attitude and lied to us. We did not get to experience Titos "fine" craftsmanship but we did get experience what kind of person he is and how he decides to run his company."

"Possibly the WORST "service" I have ever encountered. Tito wanted to charge $60 for the sole repair and $25 for the tip of the shoe repair. However, if I wanted both repairs done at the same time, he was going to charge me $100, which did not make sense. If I did the repairs at separate times, the cost would be $85. I asked for a price sheet, but the owner refused to provide one, stating that repairs were contingent on the type and brand of the shoe (an immediate red flag). I decided to opt for just one of the services since I felt his pricing was a rip-off. Upon choosing this service, I had multiple shoes that needed to be repaired. Due to the unfair pricing, I gave Tito some of the pairs and took back the others, which I felt could wait. I decided to do "either or" option rather than both repair services. I waited about two weeks and never received a call. When I called to check on the status, Tito provided various excuses for not calling (lost ticket, tried calling, etc.) and ultimately had to go in the store for him to "better explain" upon coming in, it came to my knowledge he did not even touch/work the shoes yet failed to communicate that, Tito had poor communication and was neither transparent nor honest with his business. Why accept business and then later state you are unable to provide service due to whatever lame excuse. Shoes are meant to be worn and can be fixed whenever it is needed, and they can be fixed a multitude of times and by whoever shoe smith of my choosing, but apparently this goes against Tito's "business rules." One of his excuses was that one of the pairs had already been fixed previously (not by him), so he did not want to work on them again or touch anything. Ultimately, he was bitter that I took away two of the six pairs of shoes for repair, so he didn't consider working on the rest. Not only did this waste my time, this wasted my sisters time as well, since some of her shoes were part of the 4 we had given him to work on. This was truly a disappointment in customer service, and it could have all been avoided had Tito been honest and communicated properly. And when I expressed my dissatisfaction he said "i never worked on your shoes, so how is this bad customer service?" I also told him i would be writing a review, and he proceeded to state "that's okay, i'll just explain". Truly an immature way to handle business on Tito's part."

"Not too excited. Brought my boots in for a resole and to fix a few broken stitches. After a few months the soles started coming apart, stitches that were repaired came loose again, along with some other stitches that loosened up. It was 120 for the relole and repair the first time, charged me $60 the second round of repairs. Seemed a little excessive because 80% of the repair was warranty work. I regret bringing them in here, I wish I would have sent them back to the Danner factory for repairs. It would have been cheaper."
