"I placed ann order for pickup, most stores it’s completed in two hours. This store had an item I needed, so I placed an order for pickup. 3 hours later it wasn’t ready. I got to the store and talked to Regina in customer service. She told me they have to go six hours to get it, and that I had to pick the order myself if I wanted it, and didn’t even check the status. So I go and pick the order myself and check out, but I cannot cancel the order in the app or on the website, and so I go back to customer service and explain the whole situation to Ryan, who is quite dismissive and will not make eye contact, takes my phone from me and repeatedly encounters the same issue, and tells me to just leave and it’ll get cancelled in 3 days, and smirks that if he can he’ll try to cancel it once it’s picked. When I ask how do I know that’s going to happen and I won’t be double charged, he smirks again and says I won’t forget. Regina leaves for the evening without even offering to help. By the time I get to my car after all of this, the orders is ready, yet I still cannot cancel it. This whole ordeal took over an hour. On a side note, there was visibly moldy cheese in the deli case. Will not be shopping at the Moorpark store again."
