"They have a lot of different businesses here and I like a lot of the places here. But the parking situation is weird. It is too cramped. I don't like coming here unless it's dead because there are too many little curvy roads and tightly packed parking spaces to move around and I'm always afraid someone is going to hit me."

"You can find a little of everything: food, gym, speciality shops, big box stores, movie theater, ev chargers, and more. Plenty of parking and well-kept grounds. You may need to hop on and off your car as everything is scattered in 3 major sections. Pretty convenient location for Marina residents. You can get there by bus from Marina downtown or Sand City via MST route 18. Expect some parking lot saturation near the gym in the afternoons. Recommended."

"Stop at Target, to buy a new born touch & feel book. Then we had bought a homeless man that was sitting outside the Target store snack size bag of Doritos chips & a sprite soda. We had gave him the receipt just in case he wanted to change it for something else. He was very thankful & i was very humble to have help him to enjoy a snack and a refreshment, he gave me a fist bump of appreciation."

"This shopping center has a great variety of stores to shop at and ample parking. It is nice and clean and lit well at night. I spent most of my time here in Kohl's and in Target and they were just two of the businesses here. It felt safe shopping here at night. I will be back"
