"My elderly friend, and I went in really excited about a project she was working on, and I was gonna help her find some gold pens while the lady that we encountered in the pen aisle, who was unpacking pens was short with us rude not even the slightest bit friendly or willing to provide customer service. It was pretty unbelievable. I immediately looked for her name tag, but she didn’t have it on. There’s probably a reason she didn’t have one on."

"First time I went inside the store CLEAN and organized. I went in looking for 22 PURPLE shirts. And I literally found all 22 shirts in one stop. The selections are endless in the store. I’ve recently went in with my child and customer service area was VERY HELPFUL! I wish I got the young ladies name she was super helpful. With an issue I had with a shirt and it was resolved quickly. I’ll always do pick up or go to this Michaels only."
