"I absolutely love this Goodwill out here in Marina! And I have to give a special shoutout to Tiffany for her exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, Tiffany greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She is always so funny and has genuine conversations with the regulars and all those around. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, offering valuable suggestions and making sure I left satisfied. But Tiffany isn't the only one here at this Goodwill that is amazing. Every staff member I've encountered during my visit was incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. It's clear that they all take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers' experience. The store itself was well-organized, clean, and filled with treasures waiting to be discovered. I found myself a pair of brand new boots here that I always get compliments on! Whether you're hunting for clothing, household items, or unique finds, this Goodwill has something for everyone."

"I love shopping here, I normally have a good experiences with the staff however, yesterday I was disappointed by the lack of communication one employee had. Very odd for someone working checkout. If there is an issue I would think the employee would speak to me instead of gossip to another about me infront of me. For me, in order to expedite the checkout process I take off the clothes I'm buying from the hangers and hand them over to the cashier as soon as I get there. If I'm buying alot, I think it helps. As I was shopping, a tall, younger, Hispanic male with a shaved head. No name tag pointed at my cart where I had the hangers and said to another employee: "they're not supposed to be doing that" The other employee just shrugged. I think the 1st employee should have addressed his issue in a respectful and informative matter. He obviously thought something was suspicious about this. I understand due to theft reasons, but I did not know that. Employees should be trained on how to communicate with customers. I put back the clothes on the hangers. Once I got to the checkout I then tried helping take off the clothes off hangers as the line was building up and I had alot of stuff. I set the hangers on another register and said sorry for some reason and this employee literally said nothing the entire transaction. Just plain rude. On another occasion at goodwill, I saw a female employee inform a customer she could not bring clothes inside the restroom. The customer had no bad intentions and simply did not know. The employee said "miss, it's policy not to allow merchandise be taken inside the bathroom" I think that employee handled that great. Again, informative and respectful."

"One of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I came to shop around, dressed in yoga pants, a messy ponytail, a shirt, and running shoes, and I had the bag in the picture; this female worker ambushed me when I was about to enter the fitting room. How she approached and said things is the reason for this bad review. I would not mind if she nicely asked me if I could not take my bag inside, but the fact that she assumed I was going to steal something and raised her voice at me was what upset me. I had four pieces of female clothing, three shorts for kids (inside the cart, which I was not going to try), a cat scratcher (inside the cart, which I was not going to put inside the fitting room), and a pair of boots (inside the cart which I tried previously and I was going to purchase them). The only things I would try were the four pieces of female clothes. Without any doubt, she ambushed me with a rude and nasty personality about why I would use the fitting room. I cannot go inside the fitting room without asking the staff. It seems a made-up rule, and I cannot have my handbag with me because bags are not allowed in the store. My purse was not allowed in their store. After I put my bag in their locker, I went inside the fitting room. When I got out, another woman with a bag went inside, and this woman worker said nothing to her. Other older women were previously in the fitting rooms with lots of clothing; each had sacks, and she said nothing. When I approached the cashier, I told them what had happened, and the employee apologized and tried to excuse her behavior. According to this employee, the white rude female is her lead, so she is above her. By the way, all the other people who entered the fitting room with lots of clothes and the woman who entered the fitting room after me with clothes and a bag were white. The rude worker was white. I am Latina, and the way she treated me was different. I don't understand why you work in customer service employment when you have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NASTY ATTITUDE. Don't judge a person by the cover. I did not know Goodwill now had a dress code to enter their stores. Next time, I will wear a suit and high heels to see if she treats me differently. I hope the worker changes her attitude. Never come back to this place."

"I was changing in the dressing room when an older male employee unlocked the door for another customer. Thankfully I had just finished putting on my clothes. I don’t even blame the employee. I blame Goodwill and their policies making it so that this uncomfortable situation even occurred."
