"Rashid is a gem and one of a vanishing breed. Honest, communicative, and stands by his excellent work. I needed repair on a Denon AVR, and live in a small town near the Oregon border. I could not locate a reputable repair shop within 80 miles of where I live (forget Geek Squad, they're useless). So I brought the receiver with me while on vacation in Sonoma County, and took the Denon to Video & Audio Repair on a recommendation from a friend. As busy as Rashid was, he diagnosed and repaired my machine in the short amount of time that I was in the area. The Denon has never sounded better."

"I am a plasma TV fan and I was very disappointed when my 42-in Panasonic would no longer power up. I contacted Rashid and brought it in. I was asked up front to provide an inspection fee to identify the failed component. Once the inspection completed I authorized the repair, he ordered the parts and repaired the board. I picked it up and got it home and noticed a severe picture issue. Yes the TV powered up but the picture was nowhere as clear and sharp as it was. He happily took it back to dig into the problem. After a few days he got back to me with news that the set had permanent damage from the short on the board. At this point I was out a few hundred dollars and didn't have a TV. He offered a Samsung plasma as a replacement in lieu of repairing my set. I picked it up this afternoon, mounted it up the wall and hooked it up. It's not my Panasonic. but it's not a new LED based TV either! I'm very happy with how this was handled and his communication with me. If I have another electronic issue I'll look up Rashid first. Highly recommended."

"Rashid The owner came to my home To evaluate my TV problem For 165.00 said he had the skills to fix my problem. After the diagnose I asked for a written estimate Been waiting for a week and still have not received it I'll update when and if I do So far not very pleased we'll see how it goes.UPDATE JULY 2022 Still no estimate for a simple TV install and hook up To my existing surround sound Don't understand why this business can't take 2 minutes out of their time and email me an estimate for my insurance company , they say on their business card they do video and audio repair in home service available obviously HE doesn't care about keeping happy customers I would never recommend this company!!!"
