The Laundry Depot

"I came in at 9:15 PM this evening, July 22, 2022, to dry a load of wet laundry. The long gray-haired man that was working there said I could not come in because they were closing. I told him the website said they close at 10 and he said I could not come in and he was quite rude. He said he needed to clean up and get out of there. I was well aware that they close at 10 and would have been gone before that time as I only needed 20 minutes of drying time. I had specifically timed my visit for that time in order to be out well before the closing time. Very poor treatment and I did not like it."

"I give it three stars because the place is clean and everything runs smooth. I went to this laundromat while staying at a local hotel after reading they had better reviews. The owner seems like a great guy, however his employee is quite rude. Today at 8:50pm. 4-30-22 we came in to start a load of laundry. Soon after we started getting rude looks from a closing shift worker. I started a load in the washer at 9:05 p.m. so my fiancé, his friend, and I returned back to the car to wait the 20 minuets. When we walked back, she had locked the door and ignored us until she was done with what she was doing. When she let us in I thanked her as well as giving her a smile, and she turned the other way completely disregarding me. Any nice gesture I make is blown off with a partial eye roll and turned back. Not to mention she kept looking at my fiancé in a way that made it seem like he was mischievous or stealing. So sad that such a great laundromat can be made this way by only one worker."

"It's a wonderful laundromat. I've spoken to the owner and he says that he won't necessarily call a repairman if only one machine is broken. But if it's 2 or 3, he'll call the repairman immediately. It's always clean, mostly because there are usually employees there to do the "fluff & fold" All of the machines are now equipped with card pay, but you can still pay with quarters. And it's between a Safeway and the Aquarium Bar & Grill. If you get hungry or thirsty, while you're doing laundry, it's your own dang fault."

"Friendly and honest staff- their laundry drop off service is amazing!! 25 lbs of close cleaned and folded for $30 is outstanding. Clothes come out smelling great and the fold job is what you would expect in a retail store. This service is a lifesaver as we moved out of our house and are traveling, and do not have our machines or the time to sit around for hours. Thank you Laundry Depot!"
