It's amazing how they couldn't get their discounts they had advertised in the aisles unless you downloaded their app which I did and it still didn't work, employee was not helpful I left my whole cart of groceries at checkout after spending almost an hour shopping. Way to go Smart & Final, this is the final time I'm shopping there. Response to response: I understand you have marketing requirements however your app doesn't work as described for the average user OR employees. I get you want my email to send me specials etc so collect that and allow the customer to EASILY get the discount - not take 20+ mins to setup and use only to have it FAIL MISERABLY. Makes me not want to shop there at all!!"
