"Beware! I brought my truck in to get an alignment due to having my steering linkage replaced, a day prior. Surprisingly, this shop Claimed that I needed new upper and lower ball joints for my truck which would have costed $1,200. I was suspicious of this as I didn’t have any issues symptoms of such. I declined their alignment and immediately took my truck to the Dodge dealership and another auto shop to have it looked at again. I was advised by both places that I did NOT need ball joints in any way, shape or form. They even lifted my truck up and showed me that there were no issues- unlike Fussell who simply told me, with no proof. I charge Fussell with being disgustingly, unethical and reprehensible !"
