"They really helped me out of a bind. On a recent road trip from hell, I was transporting my mother in law's car from Sarasota to Ohio. I had already replaced 3 tires that had tread separation from dry rot, when the 4th blew at 9PM on a rainy night. They had my tire size in stock. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Sure it's a used tire and won't last forever, but it got me back on the road and I'm grateful."

"My family and I were stranded on the highway from GA to FL around 8 p.m. I searched for a 24-hour tire shop. 24/7 tire shop came up in the search. I called and was under the impression that this was a good reputable business. AAA finally arrived and towed the car there. Trent told us when we called that he had a tire for my 2014 BMW 740li. This was not the case. However, he did have a tire that we could substitute. The tire was $138. We paid for it and felt better because we thought we were safe. One hour into our ride home, the sensor on the car lit up and said the tire was low. We stopped. Sure enough it was near flat. Thankfully, I keep a portable tire inflator. From the time of the first incident until we arrived home at FOUR A.M.-- we had to STOP every 25 min to inflate the tire. I contacted the establishment and asked for a refund because we were given a lemon tire. The owner (John) said he would replace the tire, but no refund. I explained we live in Florida...not Georgia. Why would we ride back 4 hours, only to turn around and drive 4 hours back home for a used tire-- that we DON'T know is good? After talking to John for a few minutes, I could tell he had an attitude. I explained that I wasn't trying to be rude but we would prefer a refund. He said, in an ugly nonprofessional tone, "You're NOT getting a refund", and did the unthinkable...he hung up the telephone. BEWARE of using this business!!! The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!"

"Had a blowout, tow truck took me to 24/7 tore at my request. They put the wrong size tire on, even after I told them the tire should match all the others. Could not make them understand and would not change it out. So next day had to get a new tire that matched. Would not recommend. I found 2 other people had similar experiences with this business."

"Great place! We were stranded 300 miles from home and driving on a spare after a blow out on I75. Everyone in Valdosta was closing, no one wanted to work late and that would have left us stranded. These guys were the best. Replaced the tire on my Palisade for a great price at 8pm. Highly recommend you check these guys out before heading to a chain store! Fast, friendly and efficient! Five stars for saving us from spending the night in a hotel."
