"Frisco, TX store. I love the customer service and friendly employees, but the store is not ADA friendly. The racks are pushed so close to each other it's hard to search for items, you can barely squeeze through, and there's no place to sit to try on shoes without having to drag them back and forth from the shoe area to the back dressing rooms. With my situation, I try to buy online, but still have to come in when things don't fit. Sadly, I may not be able to return to the store, it hurts my leg too much to try all the back and forth. Meaning, I may not be able to buy from Maurices going forward. Management, please think of people like myself."
"The ladies that work at this location are wonderful. They make returns/exchanges easy, never make me feel like a nuisance, they’re helpful with dressing rooms and finding things even when the store is busy. I’ve been in half a dozen times over the last year and the store is consistently organized, clean, with friendly staff."
"Everyone there has been so nice and pleasant to work with. Right now I'm pregnant and bought lots of clothes online, they have been great but ran big so I reordered pants and have been in to do some returns. While some places get upset with returns yall do not and once I can fit into regular clothes again I'll be shopping all the other cute clothes they offer. The bralettes are also wonderful!!!"

Two, I love that you can check store stock online, or have online items shipped to the store for free. Three, their clothes are always so cute and on trend with a great size variety. I always get so many compliments on my clothes from here and have turned on a lot of friends to this store!"
