"The turn around time of food is ridiculous. The store is pretty empty and to get 1-sandwiches and 1-cold coffee took 20 minutes. I recommend you go through the drive through might be more faster."

"I was a little nervous visiting here for the first time due to it's low star rating but upon reading reviews - it seems most are just upset about no cash inside. This is a brand new facility and probably going to be the norm - I'm sure DD has done it's market research and made the choice for a reason. There are signs all over the windows as well as a pop up sign - no cash inside. Drive thru does accept cash. As an introvert, I absolutely loved this location. I enjoyed ordering at a kiosk! It was ridiculously clean and employees were working hard. I'll be back!"

"I stopped by this Dunkin' because of its convenient location, and I really wanted to love it, but a few things could be improved. Firstly, the air circulation inside was lacking, making the space feel a bit stale. I ordered using the app expecting faster service, but it still took about 25 minutes to get my order, which seemed slow. The staff were apologetic about the wait, though it appeared there was no remedy at the time. Additionally, the donut selection was surprisingly sparse, and the pricing felt a bit steep for what was available. While the location is fantastic, I do hope for some improvements in service and variety for my next visit."

"I hope the Manager / Owner of this store reads this. It is not about the people working there, they were great. I love the fact that there is a new Dunkin in this location ! But the kiosk and cashless inside is ridiculous! Suppose to save time, well guess what, it doesn't and it's inconvenient! 3 of us walked in to get coffees. And another person behind us.. Well, he left after seeing what we had to go through at kiosk. Just why can't one of the 3 gals working there just take our order, and except cash. You can pay with cash at the drive through... why not inside! Kiosk wouldn't accept a coupon... which the last dunkin took easily by scanning. Oh, and we talked to, and placed our order with a real person at the other store, and they took real money. BTW They have been there for 20 years! Take note!"

"This location needs a little help. It doesn’t necessarily bother me that they are a cashless location. So you have to order on a kiosk if you choose to walk inside, and that kiosk is debit or credit only. I’ve gone through the drive-thru a few times now (I’d say 4 or 5 at this point) and every time I ask for an “extra hot” coffee, it just comes out warm. Even if I emphasize, “May I please have it extra hot this time? Last time it was not very hot.” They say yes and are very kind (staff is nice, I don’t have an issue with staff attitude, they seem to be doing the best they can) but they always hand me a lukewarm coffee. My wife orders the same thing every time and the color of the coffee is sometimes dark and sometimes light. Consistency in the drinks are off. This location is brand new so I am hoping that over time, these issues are corrected and the feedback shown here in these reviews leads to positive changes in the future."
