"Hi. I hope this review is helpful to anyone who is looking to hire Jason Pavich as their exert local realtor in either Estero, the SW Florida area, and/or specifically, the Bella Terra community. I felt compelled to write this review for Jason, because he went above and beyond the call of duty to become an asset for my family. He was unbelievably helpful to us when we needed him, and for that, I am truly grateful! Jason and I had never met before I called to ask for his help, and I did not hire him nor did he ask me to. There was not even a mention about that. Regardless, he understood what I needed, was passionate about his desire to help, and was immediately on the job solving my problem like it was his own! He also treated me like I was his #1 priority from start to finish. Honestly, I was surprised at how much time and effort he invested in my project without me formally hiring him, as well as how responsive he was with all of my communications whether early in the morning or late at night. He was also extremely attentive to every detail with his work. He wanted to get it done perfectly with no exceptions. My problem was that I needed an expert local realtor to do a CMA (comparative market analysis) to try to get the valuation reconsidered by the appraisal company who recently appraised my home. With Jason's help in around 1-weeks time with the whole process expedited, the appraisal company reconsidered and we got a higher valuation on our home. His expert work on the project convinced the appraisal company to change their appraised value for my house! Needless to say, I was impressed. The appraisal company took Jason's CMA very seriously due to his professionalism, conservative figures, knowledge of all the details of the recent homes sold used in comparison to mine, and thorough understanding of the current market conditions to derive the values on every line item compared. In fact, the underwriter helping me to close my loan told me that she has never seen an appraiser revalue from a CMA in all the years she has been processing loans. All in all, Jason did an exceptional job and I just wanted to thank him again with this review for his act of kindness in helping me. In the future, when I am ready to either sell my current home and/or buy a new home or investment property, my first call will be to Jason Pavich! I highly recommend that you do the same."
