"This company has their realtor, Vedran Vicevic (license #258026593), at our family business threatening us, harassing us and being unethical EVERYDAY SINCE MAY 2024!!! Today we had to call the police on him for criminal damage to our property! Thank goddness for surveillance cameras! REMAX & LAURA (who manages the phone lines) will do nothing to get their realtor under control. We will be filling a formal complaint with the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association against him. And we've already filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Remax!! Thank you for nothing Remax!!!!!! We won't be doing business with you in the future... but we will be telling the public how you are not doing anything to tame your hostile realtor! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!"

"One of their realtors Mary Drierer scheduled an appointment with my company on November 14th to photography the property she was listing at 1036 SE 4th St, Cape Coral, FL 33990. I photographed the property delivered the results within 24 hours. The property has since been sold and close by the listing realtor and commissions paid to the realtor of approximately $18,000 and monies paid to the broker. Both have been made aware of the payment due of $239 and neither have paid. They used my photography on property to sell it against federal copyright law and no one seems to care. Payment is still outstanding and overdue by 48 days. Hard to believe a professional company would allow this to happen and a photographer could get taken advantage like that. Use my services to earn your money and not pay me $239 out of your $18,000 commission WOW!"
