"Do not stay here!!!! The front desk staff are rude to you upon check in the hotel is old and dilapidated and there's all kinds of shady business going on there at all hours of the night or day!! And it's very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot!!! You would be better off buying a tent and camping in the everglades:) Thank you Venisha"

"This is undeniably the most disgusting hotel I've ever checked in. Please stay away!!!!! Sketchy and scary place. They need to close down. Smells like piss everywhere and old molded rooms. I had to leave within 5 minutes of checking out my room because I could not bear the smell. I tried asking for partial refund but they could not honor it. BUT PLEASE I ADVISE YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE ---- they are pretty much of the same price but alot better!!!!!!"

"The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The linen, pillows and comforter were riddle with paws prints. The floors was sticky and full of like sand or dirt. You could hear it under your feet. The bathroom tub and toilet were yellowing. The toilet seat was broken. And if that was not enough there was roaches crawling everything where. Stay clear."

"The breakfast is the worst I have ever been presented with. It is done at 9 AM (most go til 10). There are no options for anything hot other than oatmeal packets and a toaster for stale bread and un thawed stale waffles. No yogurt. No fresh waffles and no hot entrees. A box of stale granola bars is the highlight. Zero thought or consideration was put into this and upon approach the front desk staff was rude. Roxie the night staff front desk manager is a piece of work. Honestly horribly rude. Our room wasn’t made up or cleaned. When I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels she made me wait then told me that they never make up a room when people are staying multiple nights. I have never known this to be true at any other Baymont. Often guests are given an opportunity to reuse towels if they choose. Ours were wet and on the floor— I asked her if that wa policy and she said no. But that she wouldn’t have them make the bed? She acted as if she was doing me a favor to provide fresh linens. No apologies given. Zero customer service. Phones in room did not work — said it was out for the entire place but was not resolved Request for our room to be mopped — they didn’t complete this or change bed linens. Or provide fresh towels The room was fine Staff was not. Zero customer service."
