"It's fine if you know what you're getting. Our room was small but clean, had plenty of space for putting away items and had a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were cheaper than what I'm used to. Service is... nil. Like, the front desk is not monitored all the time. The room had a sign that said an iron/ ironing boards were available on request. I called to ask for one and was told they didn't have any. It felt like a cross between a hostel and a hotel: clean, safe, inexpensive place to stay, but make sure you bring in whatever you need."
"This place is ok but it needs someone at the desk 247 and security. I stayed here from june 25th to July 3rd with my friend. Don't get me wrong the room is good except the fact we didn't know how to work the dishwasher and it wouldn't turn on. The only thing is there was people screaming and whatnot. Police and ambulance were called at least 4 times during our stay. They did offer free laundry but then it changed to $3 for wash and dry. We had to always watch to make sure no one is following us. that's how unsafe we felt even though i had my friend with me. Things need to change immediately to ensure guests safety."
"All of the staff here has been very accommodating to us. Worked with me to help me be comfortable as someone new to the area! The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!! Thank you to all the staff here at the woodspring suites!"
"Aaron is an amazing employee, you are lucky to have him! He came up to my room & fixed the tv, hung my disco ball, fluffed my pillows, & twirled my spaghetti dinner and fed it to me (picture Lady & The Tramp) I feel awful for him that management keeps him in a dog cage during the day & sprays him with water when he is a bad boy. Overall, my visit was decent."
