"This was so disappointing and Pam would be ashamed of the lack of care for this land she worked so hard to preserve. It was such a muddy mess and full of garbage, tires, and even a tent which appeared someone was living back there. Not well marked so we got a little lost trying to get out. The city or whomever is responsible for this land should be ashamed of themselves. This should not be listed as a hiking area."

"Beautiful scenic Florida trail but we had to turn back after about 1/8 mile because the mosquitoes were the WORST I have ever experienced and I am a Florida native for 35 years & I grew up in a wetland area!!! Not safe to hike w/ my dog, please spray this trail for mosquitoes it was an unreal experience, no exaggeration. For all the pet owners out there please be mindful that this trail is NOT POSSIBLE without endless bug spray & having your pet on heartworm prevention!!! Also check for ticks after."

"Amazing trail! I loved it and then got in my car and found ticks! So keep that in mind, especially with pets, there were a number of small ticks on me"

"This is a small "neighborhood" nature preserve where a lot of people walk their dogs. There is a long straight red trail and a yellow trail east of the red trail; the yellow trail connects to the red trail at either end. The yellow trail was pretty wet in several areas when we visited on 4/9/22. The entrance and parking area is located about 250 feet west of the sign for the Preserve."
