"pros its quiet (not really) cons owner is annoying and up tight about everything and i mean everything pool is closed 9 times out of 10 if they say otherwise it’s a lie (i live here unfortunately) staff is very very rude almost like they hate they’re job trees cover up 90% of the power lines so when it rains be ready to have no power (random power outages are normal) there’s a family down by the pond that have very loud and annoying motorcycles they ride up and down the streets sometimes with no care in the world for others they have a laundry room wich looks like junkies go in there at night to do drugs (disgusting looking) tennis court is not even useable speed bumps everywhere wayyy to many the list goes on most dangerous i’ve witnessed trees almost catch on fire because they’re all tangled with the power lines stay away from here please dont make the same mistake as me owner if you respond kindly save your words because im not gonna read it neither do i care this is for anyone looking to live here stay away im looking to move from here not even 2 years into owning my trailer one more thing the owner is a very bitter miserable old woman that is clearly not fit to be owner"
"I have lived here since 1995 and the main issue I have is loud, and I do mean loud, radios from homes and cars and loud vehicles. I have made several complaints but nothing changes, still loud radios. These residents, in my section, apparently don't know the rules. Please put the loud noise rule in the park prospectus so they can read the rule for themselves."
"I used to live here a LONG time ago. So I can't really give a fair rating for the park now, but to be fair, I definitely am not going to give them anything less than 5 stars. Still looks a lot like I remember it. It was pretty well kept."
