"Staff was extremely helpful and everything that was being done was explained to me in detail where as a felt very comfortable and extremely satisfied. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a sleep study. You won’t be disappointed. Also very comfortable and clean room and overall facility. This was my first time doing this study and I am happy this place was chosen. I recommend the facility and staff."

"I have been going to this practice for sleep issues for a few years. The doctor and nurse staff are excellent, however I continuously have issues with the reception team scheduling appointments at incorrect times and also long wait times for in-office visits. This really needs to be corrected for an improved rating. Again, doctors and medical staff are excellent."

"Malfunctioning equipment caused an alarm every 15 to 20 minutes. The tech said there was nothing he could do, other than pile bedding on top of it to try to dampen the sound. This didn’t work. This was not conducive to an effective sleep study. Update - I was supposed to have a follow up appointment with the doctor today @ 9:30 AM. He didn't call, so I contacted his office. I was told the appointment is actually a two hour window and he could call at any time in that window. He finally called at 3:30 PM, which of course I missed because I was in a meeting. 2nd update - I received my bill. Everything was way overpriced with additional charges thrown in. None of these charges were discussed or even mentioned prior to receiving the service. I only found out about them after getting the bill. I do not feel this doctor has any concern whatsoever about my health. I do not trust the results of the sleep study since it was flawed (due to constant alarms from malfunctioning equipment) and I still had to pay for it. I feel the entirety of this exercise was to take as much money as possible from me and my insurance company."

"I started coming to Grand Health in. Almost a year now. The staff are very compassionate considerate patient and are concern about your well-being. My doctor Miss Tanya is the best she is the best she is very concerned about my well-being she give me advice on how to get better we just talked like we're family and I wouldn't choose no other sleep doctor to go to I highly recommend Grand health institute this is the best overall I always leave feeling better motivated and just overall feeling good about myself because they really care."

"This office is a safe place and wonderful. My doc is dedicated and caring and I’m alive because of him his staff is so happy. He takes his time with you and does not rush. He is truly the whole package I adore him. He truly came from heaven and I’m so grateful i met him. Dr. Shahzeidi is the best I recommend him not 100 % but 200 %.
