"They where super good to answer the first phone to make an appointments. The lady at the office was super nice and polite. She said my dna test would come back in 3-5 days and that they would call me with the results but now it's been three weeks and some days!!!! I've called about 10 times a day no answer, emailed them and they only responded one time!!! I've text the lady at the office no response till this week and she explained what happen to her but no excuse for the company to drop the ball on this. I've payed for a service that hasn't delivered on anything they promised on. FYI still waiting!!!"
"I’ve been waiting 10 business days since the day of my test, they rarely answer the phone and when they do they tell me to call after 6. The girl that attended me the first day to collect the dna was a sweet heart she is really nice, it’s not her fault that the company is not competent. They told me my results would be In Thursday and today is Friday I called and they didn’t answer. They texted me saying they haven’t received my test results. Meaning they don’t want to talk to me they rather text me because they don’t want any type of confrontation. Stay away from these people go some where else to do your testing Especially if it’s something for court or some thing you need on a timely manner."

I’ve literally called them 35 times and someone’s keeps forwarding me to voicemail no one to talk to or to guide you to get your results ,to even make an appointment ,it’s crazy how when I made my appointment the lady put me on hold for 45 mins , unbelievable but TRUE! worst company out there."
