"Have used this service for over ten years, today is the day I will no longer use them. Called in to check the status of a drug test for an applicant, the lady who answered informed me they were using a different email address to send the results. When I told her I was unaware of that email address and gave her the right one. She told me "I do not nee that attitude, have a good day" and hung up on me. Take your business elsewhere, we are."
"Got a racist vibe from the old white lady sitting at the desk. I am young black man, Not sure what her deal is but she needs to fix her attitude. Learn to greet people as they come in to your establishment and make them feel welcomed. The energy i felt from you was uncomfortable and nasty. May God bless your heart to be soft to all. And learn to understand YOU are a “representation” of the company YOU work for."
"I called ahead and asked them if I needed to bring them and if I needed an appointment, they told me "no we do walk-ins" so I went there and they immediately asked me where my QID was and thankfully I had it in email but when I brought it up the old lady that was "helping" me immediately made a racist comment about the Chinese. I am typically a patient person about people being rude but the service there was horrible and they seemed to hate their own job.( I'd give the zero stars if I could)"
"Very racist establishment. The owner/ manager doesn’t care neither. He kick me off the property, while I was just trying to have a respectful convo with him. The female also is veryyy disrespectful. She just called my job , and made me lose my job because I didn’t want take a drug test through them. She didn’t have my consent , and will be taking legal matters. I got there at 8:01 didn’t get. Seen until 8:30. No one inside , only person Avoid at all cost So freaking upset , and hurt. I have four kids to Provide for. Owner has dogs in there , like how you have a dog in medical facility !!?"
"Yes they seemed bothered when you walk in. Not welcoming at all they wait until you say what your there for and also the young lady offered hand sanitizer and when I asked her about washing my hands she got cocky saying she offered soap to wash my hands and that it was my choice, when I know she didn't I'm a good listener at all times. If your not happy with your job by all means find your passion please it'll make this world a better place."
