"Absolutely terrible. Left us with no appointment after claiming we needed to prepay for an appointment when we didn't owe anything. Out of medication and they refused to send a message to a doctor to help with a partial refill until one could be seen. The administrator's voicemail was full and the person I eventually spoke to just kept talking about policies, but refused to see if a doctor could help us in the interim. Only suggested the ER if there were issues related to mediation withdrawal. So many billing and scheduling issues. I've never seen a doctor's office run like this. It's unconscionable how they treat patients."

"Been a patient for over 4 years here, and Dr. Agustines is absolutely amazing. There has been a nationwide shortage of some common ADHD medication for the past 12 to 18 months, and she and her staff have been incredibly helpful in navigating that issue."

I have called 10X to ask why the prescription has not been sent to the pharmacy yet. And 3 weeks later, she has run out and is desperate. The office won't call me back, the Dr won't call me back. "Honestly, after several years of mental health treatment history, in many places, Village Medical/Florida Behavioral/Dr Augustines has been some of the worst treatment I have EVER received. Not only do these medical centers and staff DO NOT CARE about patients/clients but their blatant disrespect and lack of consideration impacts your mental health so negatively that it in fact does the opposite of what they're established to do... it took MONTHS to get in for an appointment. Working with the staff to schedule/confirm/send documentation was a painful experience.... it was so frustrating and took so much time and effort. The staff taking the calls must not get paid very well because every representative sounds miserable and bothered that they have to assist. When I finally met with Dr. Augustines she was cold, rude and very short. She seemed like the opposite of mental health professional. And her direct assistant Zoe was the exact same. Rude, cold and unprofessional. Save your time, money and mental strength for help that actually exists because it is not here....."

"A very knowledgeable doctor who actually listens! I've been seeing Dr. Agustines for 4 years now. She assists with my bipolar and anxiety disorder, and also my husbands ADD. She is NOT a pill pusher, is empathetic, caring, and LISTENS to my wants and needs. When I first came to her I wanted to try supplements/natural remedies to treat my bipolar disorder. She not only supported this decision, but was also knowledgeable in up to date treatments that suited my needs. When I was ready to go back to prescriptions she did not overload me with 4-5 pills. We started out slow and added a mood stabilizer after giving the antidepressant a fair try of 6 months. When I need to talk, she listens. When I need life advice she gives it without judgement. It is very hard to find a psychiatrist in FL who is reputable, kind, and knowledgeable, but Dr. Agustines is the whole package."
