"So I called two weeks ago. Submitted the form online for someone to contact me. A woman called, was super short and rude, but made me an appt for tomorrow 8/23/24 at 11am. I asked her for the address while on the phone and she said she’d text me that along with appt info/confirmation. I never received a text. Or a call, I’ve called 7 times trying to reach someone. The voicemail is always full. How am I supposed to know where we’re going for this supposed appt? The customer service of this company so far is absolute trash, go elsewhere PLEASE."

"I’m very dissatisfied with the communication as I’ve spent over $1,000 to get a dna test done. First it’s 5-7 days then you say oh it’s actually 5-7 days after we get the test and now it’s an illegal case ? My name Was signed on paperwork just as it is on my drivers license but they claim it is “illegal case” and they cannot give results. It’s kinda frustrating that you guys don’t care about your communication or customers because it’s not your problem so why would you care? You have people sitting here waiting for two weeks + for results. We can’t even sign the paper because they decided to send it right before the office closes so, we’re not able to get the paperwork back to even get the test for another three more days. Would be nice if he had some sympathy for others knowing that you guys have the test results you could’ve sent that paperwork in the morning and you sent it right before your office is closing. Would not recommend this place to anyone ! Very sketch company!!!!!"

"I wasn’t even able to set up an appointment and am already having issues and red flags… I called Friday January 13th, 2023 to set up an appointment with who I now know from negative reviews here on Google to be the owner Tiffany, it was after hours so of course places were closed (understandable). However, as the week progressed I tried keeping in touch and all my questions/ I was ultimately ignored and told to go somewhere else. When I spoke to Tiffany on 01/13 I explained the situation rather thoroughly and also explained that I understand driving might have to be done in order to receive testing but had a DR call directly already and was told testing could be done in my area and all I had to do was call and set up an appointment. It’s extremely insensitive and not acceptable to be a business owner and ignore customers. I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say if your having to come to a testing center it’s not for a good reason/ not a happy time to begin with and for some can be traumatizing (why you would have your DR call first to work out the details beforehand). And even without that just as general human beings people should be treated with respect and at least a little urgency in matters. Not only was I prepared to pay in full but I work to service many people in my area that need testing and was prepared to send them that way. Tiffany from your reviews I’ve read, I’m not sure what’s going on with you and your business but just do better!"

"I went and paid $375 for a dna test and when I got the results back the owner Tiffany showed me where it said 99.9% sure. When I got home and further looked at the paperwork it said that the subjects were Hispanic. I am African American so I called to figure out what it might mean. As soon as I told her the paper said Hispanic she immediately got upset and started speaking to me very condescendingly. She stated “ if your multi racial and chose more then one race it would automatically select a race. I told her I am African American so I would only choose that box. She got so irate that I questioned the test! So she offered me a free retest (that she let me know she wasn’t happy to do at all). She requested I texted her so there would be a trace which I did and scheduled an appointment. I texted her and called an hour before the appointment to let her know I was running behind and got no response. When I showed up to the office the door was locked and when I called she answered and said she left and went home and never got my text or call! Then proceeded to say she would just mail me a kit “since I didn’t believe the test was correct” she said it would arrive in 2-3 days and that was a month ago. She stopped answering my calls and texts. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!"

"I drove half an hour to my appointment. I arrived five minutes early and nobody was there. The door was locked, and there was no response when I knocked. There was a number on the door to call or text for appointments, so I texted but didn't hear back for almost half an hour, and their response was not helpful. I'd take your business somewhere else if I was you."
