"I purchased back in 2022. Had a major issue with the 20inch. I had to do some convincing to have it replaced with a new one. I haven’t worn or removed packaging from the new bundle since receiving it in October 2022, up until installing 3 days ago. Unfortunately I am still experiencing the same issues. Overall the 20 inch is not manageable. I even used my innersense hydrating conditioner that I use on my natural hair in hopes that it could help. The hair just isn’t good. It tangles way too much to be $180 and I believe it sheds because the strands of the curls are EXTREMELY uneven. They explained that the tight curl is harder to manage, but I’ve purchased tight curl from other companies and NEVER experienced this much tangling and (no wefts were cut). I thought it would be important to note that the 20inch won’t last 1-3 years as advertised but the 16-18 inch has potential. The hair continues to look & feel dry all while tangling. No one should be selling dry unmanageable hair."

"GREAT customer services and a beautiful facility. Great prices however my hair remains hard no matter how much conditioner and products that I put in my hair it still remains feeling hard. Yes it was semi soft when I purchased the new hair at the store but once you wet/wash it. SMH. Alot of money down the drain. I want to remove this hair asap. The hair that I purchased online a year ago remains soft (like my hair texture) wet or dry and I've washed it at least 30 times."
