"The front desk girl was SUPER pushy with the wax packages this time! It is very uncomfortable! She asked why I didn't want to purchase a package (I just purchased a package 4 weeks prior) .. but I said, "Because I'm BROKE!" yet she still kept trying. Super annoying! Read the room when you're selling. I'll be going to a different location next time."

"Asked me when I called, had I ever been there before …my answer was no. Told me about the nine minute grace period when I got there. I got there at 5:10pm Stated that they had another person at 5:15pm.Two waxers were just sitting in the lobby doing nothing. A Brazilian takes longer than 15 minutes. How was that suppose to work anyway? Better communication is needed. I would not have even tried to come."
