"My experience with this practice is mixed. I started in January 2024 selected Mounjaro as well as appetite suppressant (Tesofensine). I expected a two-way street exchange (Dr/Client) regarding services offered. Taking measurement & blood pressure was included in first session. I lost weight because #1) I had a made-up mind and determination to change my eating habits to healthy. Also, I lead an extremely active lifestyle as a bus owner & caregiver so I'm not sitting around. #2) Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) helped to a small degree because I was on a low starter dose for two months. Tesofensine side effect is headaches so I stopped after first bottle. In conclusion, my rating is based upon......I weighed the high cost of medications with the services received and found through research & personal experience that you can get more services at a much more reasonable cost for the Tirzepatide. No follow-up from the practice which is disappointing. I personally did not experience a two-way street. Exchanges are brief and impersonal since I felt rushed...it was my experience which may work for some clients. The alcohol pads were missing from the 2nd pack of injections...no excuse because I specifically asked for the pads and was assured that they were in the pack. I expected quality assurance (QA) for the high price. I travel and don't have time to chase anyone down for the basics."
