Our services are designed for adults over the age of 18, particularly those managing established endocrine disorders or experiencing symptoms that may indicate an endocrine disruption. We offer specific and general endocrine evaluations, preventative care, health optimization, and guidance on weight loss journeys, making us a truly full-service practice.
We are a telemedicine-only practice, currently licensed to serve patients in California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Texas. Although we do not accept insurance, this allows us to focus on providing personalized care without the constraints of insurance reimbursement pressures. Our team is committed to advocating for you and assisting with any necessary paperwork for medication coverage.
Our Registered Dietitians offer personalized, evidence-based nutrition advice and ongoing support to help you achieve your wellness goals. Monthly virtual meetings with your dietitian and health coach will align your medical plans with your daily habits and lifestyle, incorporating strategies to overcome challenges and reach your objectives.
Please note that while we do not submit insurance claims directly, services rendered by Anzara Health may be eligible for reimbursement via FSA, HSA, or HRA. Payment for initial consultations must be made in advance, and our membership plan, currently priced at $195 per month, can be canceled with a 30-day notice before renewal.
