"To clarify, this review is only for the ER. The staff in the aftercare center seemed to genuinely care and I'm sure this extends to a few staff in the ER section. I went in after testing positive for covid because of some worrying symptoms I had. I also had a place on my leg that looked like a spider bite and was extremely painful. I described my symptoms to the aftercare nurse and three people thought it sounded serious enough that I go get checked out in the ER. When I finally had doctor come into my room, he barely listened to my symptoms before telling me I had an anxiety attack. I wasn't even able to talk about the actual physical pains and symptoms I was having with my cardiovascular system. This made me so mad that I could barely think about everything I came in there for. When I remembered the bite, I had to ask for the doctor to come back. Instead of seeing the doctor, a nurse came back and asked what I needed. I tried to show her a picture of the bite and describe it, but she quickly brushed it off and told the doctor I had an ingrown hair and any antibiotics would work. I've never experienced such unprofessional and life threatening behavior in an emergency room. I really hope there are better staff working at this ER. For an update on the "ingrown hair" there is now a hole in my leg that I can stick a q-tip inside of. I only know of one sipder that can cause a bite like this. It doesn't take a major professional to figure it out, but it does take patience. The staff I had experience with are going to kill someone or lead to someone being killed. Don't go here if you have another option."
