"Checking in and getting back to a room was fast. However the MA wasn’t forthcoming with what my vitals signs were, nor what the names of the medications were that she gave me. And the nurse practitioner wasn’t very talkative about her findings either. Doesn’t even offer a chest X-ray when it’s covered under the visit telling me I sound wheezy and no history of asthma. And don’t even give you summary of what they did for you after your visit. I’ve had better experiences there, very disappointed this time."

"Alex and McKenzie were great. They took our my stitches quick. The facility was clean and the water and juice is a nice touch. My only issue was the online registration. It always throws me out after I post a pic of my DL and I have to start over. It does it every time. I do recommend Mainstreet for the services they offer."

"Where I normally have a pretty decent experience. After showing up there for basic blood lab work to be done I was met with workers that didn't really want to be there. And I understand it was late in the afternoon but professionalism should be above all else. The for better lack of a word attitude that I had experienced were as a group of people that really didn't want to see to me assuming that I wasn't a primary care patient but a freeloading walk-in. Not to mention I was paying out of pocket for this because it's not covered under my insurance. I could hear them outside the door talking about well this isn't going to be covered in you know this this and this instead of just coming in and asking me if I wanted it and kind of give me a ballpark figure of what things were going to cost. So I believe I will be changing my primary care to a physician in town that is under my insurance."

"I am very impressed with Main Street Family Care!! The Receptionist was sweet and professional. The nurse got my vitals and asked all the right questions. I was also extremely impressed with the N.P. who has excellent communication skills and professionalism in the medical care I received from her as well. A very solid team of nurses and physicians and clerical help!! As a retired nurse I can tell you they are top notch-I highly recommend them!!"

"My daughter was suddenly feeling worse at 7pm and this clinic is open until 8pm. Super easy online registration and virtual wait room. Although we had zero wait time. Walked in and although it was close to closing we got great care and weren't rushed at all. I'm glad we were able to get seen so short notice because her cold turned out to be RSV. Great place if you need to be seen quickly."
