"I was sent to a podiatrist there to have plantars warts looked at. The doctor decided it wasn't plantars warts and instead treated me for bad calluses. I returned two weeks later for him to remove the calluses only for him to then determine it was in fact actually plantars warts. Problem is the insurance company will cover plantars warts, but not calluses. I reached out to this office multiple times asking them to correct their billing mistake and they refused to insisting it wasn't a mistake because the doctor really did believe it was calluses the first time, even though I had come there with the referral from another doctor who said it was plantars warts. Since they refuse to fix their billing issue I refuse to pay another $500 to them and they have now taken me to collections. The podiatrist there lacks training and their administration team lacks common sense."
