"Nice place but why the internal temp is kept so low??? Especially makes no sense as this is a beach location and people come in flip flops, shorts and tanks. Came in for coffee but had to leave after 15 min because it was so cold and uncomfortable. It’s kind of ridiculous if you need to bring a sweater in FLORIDA to order coffee… won’t be returning."
"Love my Starbucks on 192 and the one on Babcock in Melbourne. Super fast friendly service. They move the line so quickly. I avoid the one on palm Bay road ugh 20 min wait time every time"
"Starbucks has a good product. What kills a location is the personality of the workers. The person taking the order should be personable. This location was a bit distant, with no eye contact and no cheer. Everyone has a bad day, so I will try it again and see."
"It's hard to leave a Starbucks disappointed but for my family this was a total disaster. The line was long and we are understanding the staff those what they can we were patient when they asked us to wait about 5 minutes that they would bring us our drink. It took over 20 minutes and I had to remind them we were waiting, what was sad is that instead of saying something they just handed us our drinks and 2 cards closed the door in my face. There are definitely some locations you'd have to avoid and for me this is one."
"Brand new, Great Staff. Good Coffee. This location is on the west side of A1A north of US 192. It has about 20 parking spaces, a drive through, indoor and outdoor seating. We utilized the drive through on this visit and were very impressed with the staff. We had a puppy in the car and decided with our regular coffee/tea order that we would order a puppacino (cream in a cup) for our furry friend. The staff was efficient friendly and so nice to our puppy. I definitely plan to stop here again and hope you will to."
