Our nurse Twylia and CNA Ashley were attentive, mindful, helpful, and overall extremely caring during my mom’s post-op at home experience. "I had and extended arm lift as well as a circumferential tummy tuck on July 10 2024. Med Miami Health Agency was absolutely amazing!! They provided the utmost care.. very professional.. as well called and checked up on me even after to assure I was ok.. they have gone above and beyond in my eyes. "I am one day short of a week post op from Top Aesthetics and I just have to shout out Med Miami with my post op care! My Post op care team was Celia and Marquita. They truly are the sweetest souls to be around especially after your body went through a major change. I haven't stopped raving about the care I received because I am just in awe at how much everyone went above and beyond. Medications were on a schedule, post op massages were scheduled and constant check ins. I did not have to do anything at all, just rest and recover (and take my meds of course :) ). Everyone was compassionate and pleasant to work with and have great bed side manners. 10/10 recommend!"

"Med Miami has some of the best nurses! Joyce was the sweetest, most attentive, and helpful nurse I’ve ever had take care of me. Even after she discharged me, she still contacted me to check up on me. She taught me so much about my healing process and how to take care of my incisions. She also went out her way to help me find someone to give me a massage and Celia was amazing as well. I’m so thankful for the the nurses (Joyce + Celia) who were so careful and caring to me during my stay. If I ever decide to get surgery again, I would pray to get them again to take care of me."
