"I scheduled an appointment to be seen here only to have it canceled 2 days prior to my appointment. Mind you after waiting for a month in advanced. Then when you try to call them to reschedule since they left me a voicemail instructing me to do so they don’t answer. I’ve left multiple voicemails and they have yet to respond. If you’re shopping around for gastroenterologist in the Plant City area honestly you’d be better off avoiding this facility."

"I would give negative starts if possible. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. They schedule appointments and don't tell the patient and then charge them when they do not show to an appointment they did not schedule. After one appointment, I was told the scheduler was not in that day and would call me to schedule. I then got an email that an appointment was scheduled when I was out of the country. When you call to get ahold of someone, you have to leave messages for 2 weeks before finally getting someone and they have excuse after excuse to not be responding to customers. After 2 weeks of calling and leaving multiple messages a day, I finally got the office manager to answer, whom I had left at least 5 voice mails for over the two weeks. She had no response except we are short staffed. I understand that, it still should not take 2 weeks to get a response. Then she told me I had an appointment the following day that I never scheduled and had no knowledge of and wanted to charge me for canceling so close to the appointment. I never scheduled or consented to it! You are surely not charging me. While the doctors here have been great, I would not use this office because the scheduling and management is lacking in any common since and professionalism. Please drive further to get a location that values customers. I have no clue how these people still operate and have jobs."

"A quick note about negative reviews... Patients and customers who are, themselves, irritable will always set the tone of interaction between parties and it usually just goes south. It is, at least, unfair to the staff who can't, like you, just walk out and go somewhere else. Always give them more opportunities to prove how good they can be to you. That being said, all of the staff with whom I interacted were nothing but professional and delightful. Great experience, Thank you all for a pleasant experience."

"Judy Snow DNP, is an excellent provider! She takes time to explain labs, treatment plans and has never made me feel rushed. She communicates well with the doctor on treatment plans and I trust her with my health needs in her area of expertise. I highly recommend her!"
