"The doctor is one of the best I’ve ever had and I don’t like doctors the staff however are incredibly rude. If you work in the medical field you should have some compassion and not treat people so badly when they are just sick and trying to get medical treatment."

"New receptionist was aggressive, hostile and rude. She made an obvious mistake and tried to charge me $200 copay unnecessarily. I told her she made a mistake, and she didn’t like that I corrected her. I ended up calling the office/billing manager to confirm the receptionist made a mistake. They confirmed I was correct. I also spoke with the owner Sven, nice name, and he too was rude and inconsiderate, and hostile. Filing a complaint on the Better Business Bureau as we speak. Buyer beware! These people won’t last long in this county acting like that. Shame on them."

"Dr. Rodriquez is amazing. She listens to you and tells you the hard truth. It's hard to find a doctor who cares. Not to mention her assistant. She has you in and out very quickly. That lady is experienced. Thank you for helping me and finding what works best for me."

"DO NOT GO HERE! This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. Gracelena Rodriguez is nothing but a pill pusher. She should have been a pharmacist. Apparently questioning your diagnosis and asking questions about your condition is disrespectful. Dr. Rodriguez became enraged when I asked questions about treatment and declared that I was being disrespectful. She then stormed out of the exam room. She looks and acts like a petulant teenager. What you see is what you get. For the record, this was my second visit and both times she seemed intimidated by me. She stated that I shouldn't work so hard to diet because I would only gain the weight back when I start eating normally. She never did ask about my eating habits or what diet plan I was using. I will be changing to any other doctor. This was the worst experience of my life and I survived breast cancer."

"This endocronologist was recommended to me by several people. Although the office is rather difficult to find, if you orientate yourself towards the center of the building and go to the very top floor you will find it there. I arrived at 9 a.m., and I've been waiting about 40 minutes so far. I am not a big fan of waiting, but I have the wonderful opportunity to work on my phone at least so that I am not wasting too much time. I am looking forward to finding out what is going on with my thyroid and will report more information shortly and give you my opinion of the doctors "bedside manner" and professionalism."
