"My husband went to the clinic today as the first time. He moved from Broward to St. Lucie. The nurse was so blunt and kept on cutting him off whenever she asked a question. I am a nurse myself, I asked her why she was talking to him that way, she reply we are busy. I felt so disrespected that we had to walk out. I have never seen someone treated a War Hero that way before."

"Would leave 0 stars. The “doctors” and “nurses” are absolutely terrible. Hands down the worst so-called VA Clinic we have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with. They are extremely unprofessional and rude and they absolutely do not care about or address vital questions and concerns from neither veterans nor their caretakers. When patients and caretakers call with an urgent and legitimate concern, the staff VERY rarely return your call (if ever) and almost never address the issue even when they do call. Bottom line: Do not take any one you care to this facility. Take your loved ones somewhere else - literally anywhere else but here! The front desk staff is very friendly and professional. They are actually the only positive attribute of this office."

"I am very impressed and appreciate all the help I received with this facility. A special shout out to Allison for being so helpful, professional and kind to help me with all my questions. She was able to find out the information I was requesting and I also appreciate the nurses and doctors that gave her that information. Please be kind to these hard working folks! "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle." Ian Maclaren."

"It took months to get an appointment, then they postponed him 1 month after waiting for 3 months. He went to his appointment today and they told him someone had called and postponed him again. No one had called us. So he has been postponed AGAIN. No explanations. In the meantime his blood pressure is dangerously high. Do NOT go to this clinic if you have another option. Unprofessional and uncaring to the extreme. Edit to add: And, he has broken screws in his wrist causing excruciating non stop pain. Trying for months to get a referral to ortho. This place is the worst out of years of various VA clinics and hospitals, and that is saying a lot."

"Every year there is a different Dr for my yearly visit. Sent to Ft Pierce for x-ray on a Friday afternoon. Expected to hear results at least by Monday morning. Called Stuart VA after noon on Monday and wait time was 26 min to talk to someone then went to 28 min. Still on hold. Is this typical? not real happy Wait time went to 20 min now it says 24 min. What a joke. The last Dr was nice and I did get a shingles vaccine."
