Through the whole pregnancy my actual doctors were useless and not informative at all. It was a peace of mind and was fun watching our little one grow. "NLI came highly recommended. I give the atmosphere, availability, and value 5 stars. The service, however, gets 3. All 3 visits, my appointment did not begin until at least 15 minutes after the appointment time. Despite this, the first 2 experiences were overall pleasant. I felt welcome and comfortable. The 3rd time, we were on time for our appointment after driving 40 minutes after work. The door to the building was locked so my husband and I both called and we got no answer. I sent a text to the business line which was left on read as the tech was in a session. Susie did not apologize when she unlocked the door 15 minutes after my appointment time or ask me if I needed anything. She let me in and said she had to make a quick phone call. My husband and daughter were walking around the plaza as we waited so I assume the reason she didn’t ASK to do call backs was to wait for them to to arrive for us to get started. While I sat in the room, she called a client back to discuss packages and appointments. After, she mumbles sorry and I get on the table and it’s now almost 30 minutes after my scheduled time and my husband and daughter have been there waiting with me for about 5. The anatomy scan was quick. She answered my questions and finished in a timely manner. I was able to submit my insurance which was nice. Hygiene was a concern as she was coughing into her hands and not cleaning throughout our encounter. That last visit made me unwilling to return for future scans of my baby."
