"The wait is long at times. The staff is nice. I can't remember her name but she takes vitals, tan complexion with a curl ponytail & rainbow on her badge(or mask). She is always so nice. Today I had Opal when I was in the chair. She was so funny & had me laughing the entire time. I thought she was nice as well."

"After reading a few of the reviews below, I wanted to post that even though I'm a new donor to this facility, I have been treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism from the entire staff up to this point in my experience with them. The facility is always clean and under control from what I could see and am assuming that is because you can only donate with an appointment, and because they are much stricter with their criteria for donating in the first place. From the initial intake and physical, to the completion of my second donation, I have nothing but positive things to say about it, and was even very impressed by the person (Haley) for her ability to not only manage to me effectively, but also the other donors under her charge at the time, which appeared to be many. The ability to communicate effectively, while under time pressures, is a very impressive quality to posses under the circumstances in which they operate. And the same goes for the the person who performed my first donation, I don't remember her name at the moment but she was also very professional, and I complimented her on her beautiful smile (she has perfect teeth). So in closing, they may be busy when you get there, but pack a little patience because it will be worth the wait in the end. As it was for me. Great job to all their staff!"

"I went to the Largo location today. I waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment to get vitals. After sitting in at my donation station for almost another 30 minutes I was told I wasn’t allowed to donate because I didn’t have labels in the system. I wasn’t cleared because the person taking my vitals didn’t save my information. This was someone working with a trainee, which was fine, I tried to be patient, and I know people make mistakes but I drove all the way to a different location to stay on schedule with 2 donations a week on the promotional new patient special. I am thinking maybe I was failed on purpose to not stay on schedule to make the full dollar amount. My vitals were fine and I was failed for someone else’s error. I was offered a mumbled apology and a coupon for $40 extra for my next few donations. I lost out on $90 not $40. From no action of my own. Why couldn’t my vitals be retaken?! Easy fix. But no. I will not come back to the Largo location again. Nor will I recommend coming here. I will stick with my home center where there is little to no wait. And everyone knows how to hit save on their computer."

"Waited over 4 hours today to complete donation. Took about 3 hours to actually make it through the line to get my vitals done, be sent to red, then to finally make it to the donation area. Donation itself took about 30 minutes. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes to be unhooked from the machine. There was almost a fight with people screaming and cursing. The staff spends more time policing the line and making people stand against the wall versus actually doing their job. This is a sad sad place. I can’t wait till I finish the promotion so I can go elsewhere. The staff blames the other staff or not having enough staff, but unfortunately that is no excuse for allowing the amount of appointments they allow compared for the client/staff ratio. This place makes you sick. I would recommend CSL right down the street. Unless you’re willing to spend the entire day there and be thrown into a Zoo, I’d stay away."
