Today she brought my receipt to me in the Waiting Room knowing the knee pain I had been experiencing. "Such a bad experience!!! We needed them on a Sunday afternoon and went to the Hollywood location. Unfortunately, the business hours on Google are wrong and this location is closed on a Sunday. They sent us to Davie or Plantation. Davie location didn't have anyone to do an X Ray to my son. So we went to Plantation. Such a relief, we could do the X Ray but they even didn't have a splint, to not talk about a cast. They told us, our son needs a cast and needs to go to an orthopedic. We went out just with a bandage. We were told we will have the report sent by email. But don't get me wrong it is only the conclusion of the radiologist. Even not the actual X Ray. Today, Monday I took my son to an orthopedic, call them to email me the X Ray. First, they couldn't because of a release form. One time, I was in the doctors office and sent them the release form, waiting enough time for them to email the x ray to the doctor, I called them and they informed me that this is not possible,they will mail me the X ray. So useless..... The whole visit to their urgent "Ortho" care was useless. Their website is so misleading. In reality, the offices are just urgent care with an x ray machine but they can't really help you if you have an orthopedic problem. I can't blame the staff,they were trying to help but this institution is not what it clams to be!!!"

"Getting a quick appointment is never a problem with FL Orthocare! Other ortho offices take weeks and even months to be seen. Gary, Alex and their staff genuinely care and it shows in how they handle your care from appointment setting through you visits. If only the rest of my healthcare providers had their act together like this group, getting better would be so much less stressful and more respectful of my time and concerns!!"
