"The company I work for, Nortrax had Mr Rooter"Ft.Myers" come to fix our ladies room stool. Mind you there is only one ladies room in the building. The day after they were here to fix our stool it broke again. So, the next day a tech "Mark" came to fix it but said he had a family emergency & had to leave. Stated that he would have Mr Rooter send us a quote by the end of the day to get it fixed. Heard nothing for several days.So we called again asking if they wrre coming back or sending us a quote. The next day we finally received the quotes. That same day we called to let them know the quote was fine to schedule it as soon as possible. They scheduled it for 11/22/17 at 11:00 am, they again nevet showed. Later that day I called asking what happened as there tech never showed, she then stated they needed to order parts. Called again today,11/27 (after tbe holiday) to speak with the store manager "Scott" and havent received a call back. This issue started 11/6/17 and cant get them to do there job! I guess they dont eant the business! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TJIS COMPANY!"
"last night i got home from work and when i pulled up water was basically pouring out of my garage. I went through my phone book and that's when I remembered I had used Mr. Rooter before so I gave them a call. The person on the phone told me how to shut off the water to the house and she also said some one would get to me right away. Dan showed up shortly after and showed me my water heater was the problem. He replaced my heater for me and helped me clean up the water in my garage! I just want to thank you so much because if it wasn't for you I would of had to pay for all this water damage!"
