"If I could give no stars I would. It was never mentioned anywhere that when you pay for the month and leave it's not prorated. I paid well over $100 for the month and moved out after the first week and now they won't refund me for the time not used. I had to pay a prorated amount when moving in but when I called he stated it's too much work to prorate the amount when people leave so he makes you pay for the full month, no refunds. He was rude when I called got loud and cut me off half way through the question. Again I would give no stars if it let me."
