"THEY WILL NOT WARRANT THEIR WORK I recently had a very disappointing experience with Hines Electric, a company I had previously trusted for electrical upgrades. They were hired by my contractor to upgrade the electrical system in a condo I own, which I was in the process of remodeling. Unfortunately, their performance this time was far from satisfactory. Years ago, I hired Hines Electric for a similar project on another property, and the experience was positive. This led me to believe that they would deliver the same quality of work this time around. However, after my tenant moved into the newly upgraded condo, several issues became apparent. The COAX cable was not installed, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was incorrectly wired—the switch meant to control the lights turned the fan on, and vice versa. Additionally, there were several other installation errors, such as fixtures being installed in the wrong locations despite clear labeling on the fixture boxes. My contractor made multiple attempts to contact Hines Electric to address these issues. After finally scheduling a time for them to come out, both my property manager and contractor went to the property to meet them, but Hines Electric did not show up. They also ignored all follow-up calls, texts, and voicemails from my contractor. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially from a company that has received nearly $10,000 of my business over the years. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Hines Electric and will not be using their services again. I write this review to caution future customers and contractors to beware of their unreliable service."
