He also brought it to our attention that we did not have surge protectors on our units. We didn’t realize they were available and necessary to protect our equipment. He promptly installed them. I set up an appointment easily and then got confirmations through email and text. Kevin, our technician, sent a message when he was on his way. He listened to my questions and completed his work professionally and quickly! We signed up for an annual contract with service and installed the uv light! There were no hidden fees, everything was clearly written out and received a follow up email! Great company!!"
