"A wire went bad that was put in by an energy company years ago when our building was built in 1972. Had Duke energy come out and they said it was our responsibility to have it replaced. We immediately called and spoke to Pete who honestly told us it was Duke energy's responsibility. Pete could have very easily charged us the large amount of money that it would have cost to replace this entire wiring system. We are so fortunate to have found an honest electrical company with Coastline Electric."
"I waited 3 weeks for them to call me and make an appointment. When I call again they can't get a hold of their electrician so she said that she can give me his cell phone and "maybe he'll answer you." Then when finally making the appointment for 8:30am, on a day I had off so I wasn't happy to be waking up early to begin with. 10am comes by and he still doesn't show. Calling them again they said he was stuck at the shop and will be there "soon", when I asked to specify soon she said "in an hour". Okay 1. It isn't MY job to call YOUR electricians. I'm not their babysitter! 2. Not only did you not have the decency to call informing you'll be late, you were going to be two and a half hours late. 3. An hour isn't soon.. Soon is like 10-15 minutes. Besides the unproffessionalism of the secretary, the electrician is sweet quick and very smart."
